Centrifugal Bags has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, high density (up to 1 micron), smooth surface, no linting, easy to peel off the filter residue and so on. In addition, each screen filter bag adopts unique wrapping technology in the production, to prevent the leakage phenomenon of needle eye to the greatest extent. The filtration effect is 1um; to 200um;, widely used. The mouth of the bag is treated with advanced technology such as hot melt, steel buckle, wire sewing and ultrasonic wave.

While the size may seem too small to be efficient, this configuration is very popular in extraction applications with the value of the plant matter is relatively high, so the quantity of material being processed in a given batch is comparatively low.

Centrifugal bags do not have completely uniform size, the specific production needs to be made according to the actual situation.

In general, the following latitude parameters need to be provided:

1. the inner liner diameter

2.Calibre of liquid barrier plate

2. the effective height of the inner liner

3. the diameter of the big end of the drum bubble top and the small end diameter
